Testosterone Monthly Plan

Monthly plan with your testosterone included. 

ED Medications

$65.00

Get a 30 day supply of generic popular ED medications, Tadalafil 5mg or 20mg and Sildenafil 100mg. Requires in person visit. 

Other Men's Health Evaluations

$150.00

Initial Evaluation for male infertility or peptide therapy. Additional labs may be required.

Most insurers are not covering ketamine therapy currently. This is something that we hope changes as it becomes more and more recognized as a treatment modality. Some patients have had good luck with submitting a Superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. We are happy to provide you with a Superbill for this purpose, but we do not offer any type of prior authorization services.
