The cost of your initial consultation will be applied to the cost of your ketamine infusion, thereby making your consultation free of charge! This consultation is a chance for you and the provider to assess whether or not this treatment is appropriate for you. (additional labs or EKG may be required which may be covered by insurance) 

Cost per IV Ketamine infusion. (other routes of administration such as oral troches will vary in cost) Counseling is also a separate charge.
